REFUND POLICY — 30-Day Cool Pup Guarantee
We want you and your pet to love your PolarPaw mat. If you're not completely satisfied within 30 days of delivery, we'll give you a full refund.
WHAT'S COVERED
- Mat does not cool as described
- Item arrives damaged or defective
- Your pet won't use it
- You changed your mind
HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
1. Email support@polarpaw.com with your order number
2. We respond within 24 hours, 7 days a week
3. For damaged/defective items, a photo is sufficient — no return shipping required
4. Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method
AFTER 30 DAYS
We handle post-30-day issues on a case-by-case basis. Manufacturing defects are always covered.
