US delivery: 5-10 business days with tracking. Your tracking number is emailed automatically the moment your order ships.

Shipping cost: FREE on orders over $40. Orders under $40 ship for a $4.95 flat rate.

Lost or stuck packages: If your tracking hasn't moved in 7 days, email us at support@polarpaw.com and we'll sort it out - replacement or refund, your choice.
