How it works: Email support@polarpaw.com with your order number and a quick note about what went wrong. We respond within 24 hours, 7 days a week.

Damaged or defective items: A photo is enough - we'll send a replacement or refund immediately. No need to ship anything back.

Refund timing: Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days of approval.
